JSE-listed platinum group metals miner Northam Platinum has received significant interest from South African and multinational companies in a strategic process to explore potential transactions involving the group. In an October 29 update to shareholders, the company says it has received expressions of interest from prospective participants ahead of the December 1, deadline, and continued to engage with senior executives from other credible potential participants.
