Integrated copper producer and resource developer Jubilee Metals Group reports that there is further expansion potential at its Molefe openpit copper mining operation, in Zambia. This was confirmed following the company’s Phase 2 drilling programme, which followed the initial infill drilling and trenching programme and was designed to test the eastern continuation of the mineralised structure and identifying suitable locations for planned mine infrastructure such as the modular processing plants, roads and a wate rock dump area.
