Australia’s Mineral Resources said on Monday that CFO Mark Wilson will retire at the end of the year after serving in the role since 2018. Wilson remained with the company through a major governance overhaul as it sought to rebuild its reputation following scandals in late 2024 involving founder and Managing Director Chris Ellison and a series of board departures.
