Macmahon Holdings Limited’s Macmahon Underground Pty Ltd subsidiary has been awarded a two-year contract extension by Vault Minerals Limited at the Daisy Milano Gold Mine in the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia.
Macmahon has provided underground mining services at Daisy Milano since 2024 and will continue to execute the scope of works covering mine development, charging and load and haul services.
The extension is expected to generate approximately A$98 million ($68 million) in revenue and will extend the contract term to the end of October 2028, increasing Macmahon’s secured order book.
Macmahon’s FY27 guidance and capital expenditure budget remains unchanged, it clarified.
Michael Finnegan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said: “This outcome reflects the professionalism, capability and commitment of our people on site, who have consistently delivered safe and reliable operational performance while supporting the ongoing success of the operation. Daisy Milano is an important project within our underground portfolio. We look forward to continuing to work closely with the Vault team over the next two years.”
