Aus science agency to undertake manganese characterisation study of Woodie Woodie North core

Australia’s national science agency CSIRO has awarded ASX-listed Accelerate Resources a $50 000 Kick-Start research voucher towards funding a detailed characterisation study of manganese mineralisation at the Woodie Woodie North manganese project, in Western Australia. The study, titled Multiscale Characterisation of Manganese Mineralisation, will be led by CSIRO’s Dr Yoram Teitler and conducted at the agency’s Kensington laboratory in Perth. It will analyse the mineral composition and physical properties of Woodie Woodie North manganese mineralisation to inform the design of separate metallurgical and ore-sorting testwork.
